Click here to contribute $5 or more... We need your help to get the word out... I want to start a movement called KMA (Kiss My A$$). The generally accepted name however, is Keep Mini-bikes and ATV's. I'm hoping you will join me in my cause of helping to remove the ban against the selling of off-road equipment for kids under 12 years old. I'm mad as hell and they finally crossed the line. I'm now ready to hit the streets and take time off work to make my voice heard. Just like they did in the 60's when they believed in a cause, I believe in one now. No government of mine is taking my mini bike or ATV from my future grandchildren and me. How can common sense be so far from governing bodies of thinking people? We cannot let lawyers and faulty interpretations lead us to an imprisoned society. I say we meet at every Consumer Protection Office in the US on Wednesday the first of April - April Fools day. I say we are fools no more. Tell your friends and meet at 9:00AM local time. Spend the day with signs out, pay the parking fees, move every couple of hours - whatever it takes. Be legal in everyway; just get as many supporters as possible to show up. Let our actions speak louder than the letters and emails we sent to congress. Actions like this are our only choice. Bring your RV, all your machines and the kids. We'll hang out all day. Call your newspaper and local TV stations. We need thousands at locations everywhere on the same day. ARE YOU IN? Feel free to contact me and find out more information on my new Facebook page and group. My "name" is Boss KMA, and our group is called Keep Mini-bikes and ATV's (KMA). Here is the link...Boss KMA on Facebook See ya there! Scott Nix
Find out where to protest in your area by going to this site… http://consumeraction.gov/state.shtml We'd like someone at all CPSC locations, in each state, on Wednesday, April 1st. Please send me a note after the protest and let me know how it went. I will post comments and pictures at this site and the Facebook page. In Colorado, the CPSC office is located at the Denver District Attorneys Office. My plan is that we will have dozens of people driving RV's and pulling trailers full of machines circling the block. Those without an RV can just showcase their signs and hit the sidewalk. I want to really make a statement and be as much of a legal inconvenience as possible. Click here to contribute $5 or more... Or send your donation to: PO BOX 2232, Longmont, Colorado 80502 See below image of bumper sticker. T-shirts are coming soon.
